Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email support@everden.shop with your order number and the reason; we will send return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items may be non-returnable once opened; this is noted on the product page where it applies.
